For / Block and portfolio managers

Maintenance and compliance for property managers

From communal areas to whole portfolios, we deliver planned and reactive maintenance with the records you need for residents, freeholders and auditors.

Section A / The problem

What usually gets in the way.

  • 01

    Communal compliance is complex

Fire risk assessments, emergency lighting, alarms and water hygiene all need regular attention and records.

  • 02

    Reactive work crowds out planning

Without a schedule, small issues become larger repairs and budgets become harder to forecast.

  • 03

    Records spread across inboxes

When a freeholder or resident asks for evidence it should take minutes to find, not days.

Section B / How we help

How Peachtree takes it off your list.

  • Planned maintenance schedules

A clear calendar of servicing, testing and seasonal work, agreed in advance.

  • Communal area compliance

Fire risk assessments, fire alarm and emergency lighting servicing and legionella risk assessments, recorded properly.

  • Clear audit trail

Digital certificates, photo reports and job histories for each building.

Section D / Questions

Frequently asked questions

01

Do you offer planned preventative maintenance?

Yes. We agree a schedule of servicing, testing and seasonal checks for each building and report on every visit.

02

Can you cover communal fire safety?

We can arrange fire risk assessments for common parts and service fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, with records kept for each visit.

03

Can you clean communal areas?

Yes. Regular communal cleaning is booked and managed through our PTM Cleans app.

04

How do residents report issues?

Most managers route reports through their own system and pass them to us. We can work with the process you already use.

05

Can we see a history of work by building?

Yes. Every job is recorded against the property with photos, notes and any certificates issued.
